02 Eligibility Criteria

⚠️ Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable/digital products, perishable goods, personalized items, and products marked as final sale.
03 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at contact@styleloungestore.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements or show signs of use, damage, or missing components.
05 Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
